Richard Tedesco is a Melbourne-based Flamenco guitarist, musical director of the acclaimed flamenco group Arte Kanela and co-founder of the Kanela Flamenco Bar.

Commended as one of Australia’s leading Flamenco guitarists, Richard Tedesco is in demand with both musicians and academics as a reference for Flamenco guitar in Australia. He has collaborated on an extensive repertoire of projects and tours with both national and international artists, and released his debut album “Arte Kanela” in 2004. 

Richard has been part of the diverse cultural fabric of Australia as a representative of the flamenco guitar for over 30 years and continually performs and creates to the highest of standards.
